Flat Water Paddleing' at Devils Backbone, Canoe Kayak and Tube
We have a one mile stretch of creek above Devil' Backbone Park Dam[Just across the street from our place]. It is very quiet and pretty, almost no current for folks who want to relax, float, learn to get comfortable in a boat, fish a little etc. Paddlers put in and take out at the same spot. Your car is within a few yards of the takeout. cost is $20 per adult, little kids free. stay as long as you like. Great for little kids. We teach ACA L1 Canoe and kayak classes on this same stretch of creek, Life jackets, and wavers are required for all paddlers .
Creek Tubing Trips 2 to 5 hour trips [longer if you wish] or tube in one rapid next to our Mill

Class I-II Creek Trips Paddleing 4 to12 mile [2 to 6 hour] trips Canoe & Kayak
We have 3 basic guided or unguided Antietam Creek trips.

B TRIP Add 4 miles to A TRIP for the B. "Potomac Trip". [12 miles 5-6 hour].
C TRIPIf water is above 3.2 feet we can put folks on the "UPPER" or "Funkstown" to OurPlace trip . Experience & scouting needed for the upper! Unguided Trip includes Map, Orientation, Boat, Paddle and PFD,
cost is $50 per paddler. $5 additional fuel surcharge for trips to the Potomac Trip.
Combination Trips . combine Instruction, fishing, Auction or local activity with trip
We combine a 2 hour introduction to moving water lesson with a 2 to 4 hour teaching trip from Devils Backbone. Cost. $100 weekdays only.
